Management Tab – Transactions – Disburse Funds
Prior to disbursing funds, please ensure you are aware of your state or territory legislation before taking the management funds in advance.
1. You can disburse funds at any time by toggling the relevant tick boxes. This typically would be taking place automatically as part of the end of month process, however, can be manually Disbursed here as necessary by ticking all (1) or individual records (2).
2. Press the arrow next to the unit Code to apply a temporary or permanent hold on the corresponding owners’ disbursements.
a) Temporary hold (this month only) - for example, a temporary hold on an account yet to arrive (utilities account).
b) Permanent hold – For example, a contingency hold on funds to cover unit expenses.
3. You can release charges in this screen by pressing the arrow to expand the required record. Here, press manual Charge Release.
4. Select the tickbox on the record and press okay.
5. If you would like to override automatic charge releases, press the arrow to expand the record and select override automatic charge release.
The
system will the provide a warning and you will also be able to undo the
override if necessary.
6. Once you are ready to disburse, tick the records you would like to disburse and press disburse now.
