Management Tab – Setup – Templates

Here you can edit or create new email templates.

            1.     a)    To edit, double click an existing record.

            b)    To create new, press + Add Record

            2.     Update/add the name, and description (subject). Then use the drop downs to add in your automated email personalisation. Press save once complete.
