Add an Additional Person to a Reservation
Adding another
person to an existing reservation in GuestPoint® is easy.
Simply open the
Reservation screen and go
to the Contact Details tab, click ‘New Person’.
The
New Person screen will open for you to add the details of the new person, click
‘Save’. This will automatically
create a Split Account for the additional guest. You can access the new guest’s

If
the new person is the Primary Guest for the room, select Primary Guest and
their name will appear on the Reservation Plan.
