Under Management you will have a new heading at the top labelled Channel Manager.
From here you will have 4 sub categories;
Reservations, Rates & Inventory, Preferences, Mapping.
Proceed through to the Mapping Panel.
From here you will see what your GuestPoint is currently connected to (Google Hotels, Reconline, Siteminder, GuestPoint standard/premium)
If it is a channel manager, you will have the option to edit the external mapping by clicking the far right button Map to OTA Channels
Select the channel you would like to edit:
Follow the steps below to view all your rooms connected
Click the three dotted lines to view the settings for each room type.
Follow the below diagram to view what each section of the mapping does.
