Quick Answer: Configure automated guest emails and SMS via Setup Tab → Automated Emails & Text Messages.
This feature allows you to configure pre-stay emails and text messages for guests, as well as post-stay thank you emails. Note that before you can send text messages, you will need to select a Text Message Gateway and agree to the Text Transmission Terms & Conditions.
