Business Accounts Overview
The business account details all revenue earned by the business, and breaks down the revenue into each transaction account. It allows you to drill-down into each transaction account, to see each transaction within. Side by side comparisons allow you to see how your business is tracking compared to this time last year, last month or any period you wish.
The Business Accounts Screen
- SEARCH: Search for a specific transaction account
- DATE FILTER: The date filter defaults to the current month, but can be selected for any period
- GRAPH: View a graphical representation of the Business Account
- TOTALS: View or hide the balances at the top of the grid
- STATEMENT: View or print a PDF statement detailing the transaction account balances
- COMPARISONS: Set the date period for the two comparative columns (#9 & #10), and the comparison progress chart (#13)
- REFRESH: Refresh the screen to pick up any changes since it was opened
- HELP: View relevant help information
- COMPARE 1: Data from the past to help you see how the revenue is tracking this month compared to past data. The month shown is set in #6
- COMPARE 2: Data from the past to help you see how the revenue is tracking this month compared to past data. The month shown is set in #6
- FUNDS: All revenue accrued per transaction account
- PENDING: Pending charges that have not yet been posted (EG monthly charges)
- COMPARISON: A progress chart based on data from the past. The month being compared to is set in #6
- NET: The total of Funds and Pending columns
- > : Drill down to see each transaction for each transaction account
