Customer Reports Overview

Customer Reports contain information from the Customer screens for Guests, Companies and  Agents. 





Running Reports


1. Before you create a customer report, select Guests, Companies or Agents. Then, you can filter the customers to be included in the report. You can filter on:

 

Stay Date Range > Only includes customers who stayed within the selected date

Location > Select all customers from a specific state

Postcode > Select all customers from a specific postcode

VIP Status > Select all customers with a particular VIP status

With Email Address > Select all customer with an email address

Without Email Address > Select all customers without an email address

Exclude Do not Email > Exclude all customers whose profiles show 'Do not Email' as ticked (those who opted not to receive any email)

Spent Amount > Only includes customers that spent between the amounts entered

Profile Fields > If you have created customer profile fields, you can select up to 4


If you enter multiple selections, a guest must match all criteria to be selected.


2. After you have made a selection, click the Customer Report you want to view. To remove your    filtering criteria, just click 'Clear Filters'.

3. View or download the report as required.
