Customer Statistics

From the Overview tab, you get instant statistical information about your customers. There are  three sets of statistics and these are broken up for Companies and Guests.


      
      

The ‘Top By Revenue’ shows how much a customer has spent with you in the period selected. You  can easily adjust the period from 1 week to 12 months.


         


The statistics box only shows the Top 6. If you want to see all customers ranked by how much they  spent with you over the period, click the ‘Print’ icon to see all customers. You can also click on a customer’s name and open their Customer screen to see all of their past reservations.


      


The ‘Top New Companies’ and ‘Top New Guests’ only show customers that became customers in the period selected. Again, you can see all new customers for the period by clicking  the ‘Print’ icon.


      

The ‘Top No Bookings’ shows a list of customers you have potentially lost. These statistics show how much a customer spent in the last 12 months but have not had a booking in the period selected. In the example above, “Marvel Comics” spent $3,909 over the last 12 months but nothing in the last 2 months. This very useful statistic can alert you to customers who have not stayed at your property  and may be lost business.

Once a month, click on the customer’s name to get their phone number and make a call.      Maybe there is a new person booking accommodation and they don’t know about you.
