Quick Answer: This article covers customer statistics in GuestPoint.
From the Overview tab, you get instant statistical information about your customers. There are  three sets of statistics and these are broken up for Companies and Guests.


      
      

The ‘Top By Revenue’ shows how much a customer has spent with you in the period selected. You  caneasily adjusttheperiodfrom1weekto12months.


         


The statistics box only shows the Top 6. If you want to see all customers ranked by how much they spentwithyouovertheperiod,click the ‘Print’ iconto seeallcustomers.Youcanalsoclickona customer’snameandopentheirCustomer screen toseealloftheirpastreservations.


      


The ‘Top New Companies’ and ‘Top New Guests’ only show customers that became customers in the period selected. Again, you can see all new customers for the period by clicking  the ‘Print’ icon.


      

The ‘Top No Bookings’ shows a list of customers you have potentially lost. These statistics show how much a customer spent in the last 12 months but have not had a booking in the period selected. In the example above, “Marvel Comics” spent $3,909 over the last 12 months but nothing in the last 2 months. This very useful statistic can alert you to customers who have not stayed at your property  and may be lost business.
