Deposit Follow Up

Deposit Follow Up

Most guests will secure their booking with a credit card. If you request deposits and follow them up,  the Deposit Follow Up screen will save you a lot of time.

When you add a new reservation, you can tick the ‘Deposit Requested’ check box, enter the amount and due date. With GuestPoint® Premium you can add as many stages to your deposits as  you need and track each with its individual due date. These deposit requests will appear on the Deposit Follow Up screen until the deposit is paid or the request is removed from the reservation.

Any overdue deposits are highlighted in red and you can click on the guest’s name to open the Reservation screen.
