
To access the mobile interface, your user account or other user must first be configured correctly from the desktop version of GuestPoint.
On your computer, navigate to the Cloud Version of GuestPoint accessible through any browser at https://pms.guestpoint.com/
Log in with your credentials (Serial Number, User Name, Password).
Go to the Management tab, then select Setup, and click on Users & Rights.
Locate the desired user account and ensure the necessary mobile access rights are enabled.
Click Save.
Once these rights have been granted, your user account is ready to access the mobile version.

The GuestPoint mobile version is accessed through any browser on your phone or tablet. It is not an application that exists on the Android or iOS platform.
On your smartphone or tablet, open your preferred web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari).
Navigate to the standard GuestPoint URL: https://pms.guestpoint.com/
Log in using your usual Serial Number, Username and Password.
The system will automatically recognize you are using a mobile device and present the mobile-optimized interface.


The
mobile version provides quick access to your most crucial front-desk
and reservation management tools, ensuring you can manage operations
effectively while on the go.
Please note it does not have every feature from the Desktop Version, and some features appear differently on the Mobile Version.
Common use case scenarios for the Mobile Version may include:
1. You take bookings direct but do not always have access to your reservation screen to determine if you have any availability.
