This is a requirement for the booking engine to function, you need to set up at least one policy. You can create different policies for various rates, but having at least one is a must.For example, a typical policy might be a 24-hour cancellation rule.
This means if a guest cancels at least 24 hours before their check-in time, they won’t be charged or get a refund. The exact policy you set up will depend on what the client wants.










Once the policy or policies are created you will need to assign them to the correct rates.

Management>Booking Engine>Room Types & Rate Plans>Rate Plans then select your rate.


Select the rate





Select the policy you would like to apply to the rate then save
