Steps Shortcut: Owner Accounting ->Dashboard

  1. Health Check - The first box displays different tasks as listed below, and a corresponding face for the urgency, smiley face (Green) not urgent, no expression (orange) urgent, and frowny face (red) highly urgent. 
  1. critical tasks
  2. non-critical tasks
  3. High Important notifications
  4. Last banking date
  5. Last reconciliation date
  1. 3-Way Reconciliation – please note in GuestPoint Owner Accounting, uniquely the 3-Way is always in balance, as it will not allow a process to proceed where it throws an out-of-balance – go to OA Procedural Note 6
  2. Business Accounts - a summary of where your business accounts stand on the date for that month (this is Management Revenue only)  - Go to OA Procedural Note 7
  3. Revenue Chart – a visual comparison current month year v previous month/years in terms of management revenue – go to OA Procedural Note 8
  4. Distribution Equality – a visual summary of your owners' returns summarised in a chart – go to OA Procedural Noter 9
