Dashboard
Your GuestPoint Owner Accounting Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your trust account and highlights any pending tasks. Once you are logged into GuestPoint Owner Accounting, choose Dashboard from the menu.
1. Health check is a handy summary to keep you on top of your tasks and notifications, ensuring you don't miss anything important.

• non-critical tasks
• High Important notifications
• Last banking date
• Last reconciliation date
Overall Thumbs Up: Indicates everything is good.
Overall Thumbs Down: Indicates that attention is required.
Smiley Faces (Green): Everything is in good condition.
Sad Faces (Orange): These items need attention but are not urgent.
Sad Faces (Red): Critical issues that require immediate action.
The colour coding and icons help make it clear what needs to be prioritised. Click the links provided for further details.
2. 3-Way Reconciliation in GuestPoint Owner Accounting, is designed to always remain
balanced. The system will not permit any process to continue if it results in
an imbalance. For a more detailed explanation, please go to procedural note 6.
3. Business Accounts shows a
summary of where your business accounts stand on the date for that month (this
is Management Revenue only). For a more detailed explanation, please go to
procedural note 7.
4. Revenue Chart is a visual
comparison current month/year(s) vs previous month/year(s) in terms of
management revenue. For a more detailed explanation, please go to Procedural
Note 8.
5. Distribution Equality indicates a
visual summary of your owners returns summarised in a chart. For a more
detailed explanation, please go to procedural note 9.
