Dashboard – Business Accounts

Your GuestPoint Owner Accounting Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your trust account and highlights any pending tasks. Once you are logged into GuestPoint Owner Accounting, choose Dashboard from the menu. The Business Account Section of the dashboard will show you a summary for the current month (defaults to last month rolled).

 

            1.      Click on “BUSINESS ACCOUNTS” to view a consolidated list of funds and where they are coming from.

            


            2.      Apply a filter to narrow down your viewing perimeters.

            


            3.      Click comparisons to view a month on month comparison of the data (You will then be able to choose the months you would like to view).
