Integrating Your GuestPoint with Reckon One

Step 1: Access Accounting Interfaces in GuestPoint

  • Log in to your GuestPoint software.

  • Navigate to Management > Setup > Accounting Interfaces.

Step 2: Select Reckon One as Your Accounting Software

  • Within the Accounting Interfaces section, locate and select the option to connect with 'Reckon One'.


Step 3: Log in to Your Reckon Account

  • You will be prompted to sign in with your Reckon One login details. Enter your username and password to authorize the connection.


Step 4: Map GuestPoint Items to Reckon One Items

  • Once the connection has been successfully established, click on the 'Mapping' option.

  • Carefully assign the relevant items from your GuestPoint software to their corresponding items located in the Reckon One items drop-down box. This ensures that data is categorized correctly when transferred.


Step 5: Schedule or Trigger Roll Over Report Sends

  • After completing the mapping process, you have two options for sending your roll-over reports:

    • Schedule Automatic Sends: Set a specific time for the roll-over report to be automatically sent to Reckon One.

    • Trigger Manual Sends: Choose to manually trigger the send at the time of your daily or periodic roll-over.
