After taking payment using GuestPoint pay, the charge will appear in the room account as such:
You can identify it is a GuestPoint Pay transaction by the Description, and the reverse symbol now having a $ in it, and it now says Refund instead of Reverse.
To Refund a transaction. simply click the red Refund button on the charge.
Enter the Desired amout you would like to refund in (Can be any amount up to the original transaction.)
Press the Refund button.
You will then be granted a successful transaction message, or an error if something went wrong:
You can do multiple refunds for the one charge, as long as the TOTAL REFUNDED AMOUNT does not excceed the original charge
