Refunding a GuestPoint Pay Transaction
Quick Answer: Find the GuestPoint Pay transaction in the Room Account and click the red 'Refund' button. Enter the amount and confirm.

Identifying a GuestPoint Pay Transaction
GuestPoint Pay transactions show a $ symbol on the reverse button and display 'Refund' instead of 'Reverse'.
Processing the Refund
- Find the transaction in the Room Account
- Click the red 'Refund' button
- Enter the refund amount (any amount up to the original charge)
- Click 'Refund' to process
Confirmation
A success message confirms the refund, or an error message appears if something went wrong.
Important: You can process multiple partial refunds for the same charge, as long as the total refunded amount does not exceed the original charge.
