Quick Answer: This article covers reservations in GuestPoint.
Under Management you will have a new heading at the top labelled Channel Manager.

From here you will have 4 sub categories;
Reservations, Rates & Inventory, Preferences, Mapping.

Proceed through to the reservations panel

From here you can view all the relevant details for a booking made through the channel manager
This includes the booking channel, confirmation number, status of the booking, Guest Name, Dates, Total value and the sold/receive time of the booking.

Clicking the Eye button on the far right will then show you all the relevant details for the specific booking.
This will show you the type of room booked, ALL guest details (that are provided from the OTA,) If there is a card attached to the booking, and all modifications of the booking.
