Quick Answer: Set up room types, facilities, and individual room details via Setup Tab → Rooms & Room Types.

In this section, you can set up Room Types, edit information about each room (e.g. telephone extension number) and enable room type facilities. You can also  set up categories and sub-categories if you are using GuestPoint® Premium.
