Quick Answer: Set up and send online check-in forms from the Management tab → Send Online Check-in Forms.
GuestPoint® makes it easy for properties to send online check-in forms in bulk according to arrival dates. Allowing guests to receive a link for online check in form enables the property to convey information or instruction prior to arrival and allows the guests to fill in details in advance such as contact details, credit card number, etc. Having these details already saved upon arrival facilitates a more efficient check-in process.
When you click 'Send Online Check-in Forms' under the Daily Task tab, it expands to give you an option to select the reservations you want to send the online check-in form link to based on arrival date (today, tomorrow, or you can select specific date on the calendar). Once you have selected the date, click the 'Send Check-in Forms' button. It will open the Send Online Check-in Forms screen.
The Send Online Check-in Forms screen lists all the guests that are due to check-in on selected arrival date. You can tick the box next to the name of the guest(s) you want to send the online check-in form link to, or if you're sending to all, tick the box on top. Once this is done, click Start Sending.

The box can only be ticked if the guest has an email address saved in the reservation screen under the Contact Details tab.
