1.      To enable the interface head to Management > Setup > Transaction accounts
& make sure xero is selected as the export format.
Then go Management > Setup > Accounting Interfaces and follow below.

Select ‘Connect with Xero’

you will then be prompted to enter in their Xero log in details

From there the you will need to link a ‘organisation’
This will be the account where the information from GuestPoint will be sent to

 

2.      Mapping the GuestPoint Transaction items to existing Xero items/accounts

From here you will need to go ahead and map all items in GuestPoint to Xero.

 

 

3.      Sync Preferences

Once mapped You will need to select when you would like the Journals to Sync to Xero

Once that is done setup is complete.

now it should show that the interface is connected
