Navigating to the SMS Credit Purchase Screen

Purchasing and Adding SMS Credits

This article explains how to quickly and easily top up SMS credits for your GuestPoint account.

Navigating to the SMS Credit Purchase Screen

There are two ways to access the credit top-up screen from within the Message Hub:

Option 1: Quick Top-Up Button

  1. Navigate to the Message Hub.

  2. Look for the Blue Plus Sign (+) icon Near your current credit balance.

  3. Click the Blue Plus Sign to be taken directly to the credit management screen.




Option 2: Using the Settings Menu

  1. Navigate to the Message Hub.

  2. Click on the Cog Wheel (⚙️) icon, typically located in the top-right corner of the hub, to open the settings.

  3. Select the Manage Credits tab from the settings menu.


Completing the Top-Up Purchase

Once you are on the credit management screen (regardless of the path you took), follow these steps to complete your purchase:

  1. Add a Payment Method: If you haven't done so already, add the credit card you wish to use for the purchase.

  2. Select Top-Up Amount: Choose the desired amount of SMS credits you would like to purchase and add to your account.

  3. Confirm Purchase: Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the charge and finalize the top-up.

Your new SMS credits will be immediately added to your account balance.
